As a combat veteran of the United States Navy, Earl served with distinction during his two tours in the Vietnam War, earning the Vietnam Service Medal for his dedication and bravery.
Earl’s educational background is as rich as his career, including a diploma from the Eubanks Conservatory of Music and Art, with studies in music and business at Compton Jr. College. He has seamlessly blended his artistic talents and business acumen, building a career that spans decades and continents. While living in Japan, he founded The Shampén Group Inc., a full-service music corporation that brought together various music-oriented enterprises.
His extensive experience in the music industry includes roles as a musician, producer, and songwriter, with over 200 copyrights and numerous chart-topping singles and albums. Earl’s entrepreneurial ventures also include Foster’s Famous Fish, a successful restaurant and fish market, further highlighting his versatility.
In addition to his accomplishments in music and business, Earl is a published author. His non-fiction book, **“Drill Baby Drill,”** explores America’s energy policy with timely insights.
